Anuradha Sankaran School Board respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect information when you visit this website or sign up for campaign updates.
Information we collect
When you submit our signup form, we collect your first and last name, email address, optional mobile phone number and communication choices. We retain the date, source and disclosure associated with your signup, including your SMS consent when you opt in.
Our website hosting providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser information, access times and pages requested to operate and protect the website. The campaign signup form does not use advertising cookies. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.
How we use information
We use submitted information to send campaign news, event invitations, volunteer opportunities and election reminders, respond to requests, and maintain records needed to honor your communication preferences and applicable recordkeeping obligations.
Text messaging and consent
Text updates are optional. Entering a phone number alone does not enroll you in SMS messages. To opt in through this website, provide your mobile number and select the unchecked SMS consent box. We retain that consent and the disclosure you accepted. We send recurring campaign texts, including any automated texts, only with your express consent.
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Text HELP for help or STOP to unsubscribe. Consent is not a condition of making a donation, receiving services or participating in campaign activities. See our SMS Terms & Conditions.
Mobile information and sharing
We do not sell or rent personal information. Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, consent records and related personal information are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Service providers may process information only as needed to operate this website, securely maintain signup records or deliver campaign communications on our behalf. They are not authorized to use it for their own marketing. We may disclose information when required by law.
Your communication choices
Submitting the signup form requests campaign email updates. SMS enrollment requires the separate opt-in described above. You may unsubscribe from texts at any time by replying STOP. Security and retention
